Whether your child is a beginner eager to learn the basics or an experienced gymnast looking to refine skills, our classes provide a dynamic and engaging environment for all ages and skill levels. Our highly trained instructors are passionate about gymnastics and are committed to helping your gymnast achieve their goals, whether it's mastering a new flip, improving strength and flexibility, or just having fun!
Not sure exactly what level your child would fall into? No problem, just give us a call after you have created an account on our Parent Portal and let us know you want to schedule a free trial gymnastics class. The trial lasts the full class time, giving them a real feel for the sport.
Scheduling a trial class does not commit you to the same day and time each week, that will be determined once you have officially signed up your child for classes.
A Make-up token will generate automatically for an excused absence. An excused absence is defined as an absence where a minimum of 3 hours advance notice has been given by logging into the Parent Portal and making your student absent. A maximum of 1 make-up per child per 5-week session will receive a make-up token. You may schedule your child’s make-up in any same-level class or Open Gym / Fun Zone. Log onto your Parent Portal to schedule an in-class make-up or contact our office for Open Gym / Fun Zone for assistance in scheduling an in-class make-up.

Once you have chosen the right class for your athlete, you will be automatically enrolled in the following sessions on the due dates shown below on the session date calendar. You will automatically be charged the second to last Saturday of our current session for the following session.

Knowing your gymnast's goals is important. Are they looking to gain skills and eventually join a gymnastics, cheer, or dance team? Or are they looking for a fun way to have fun while working out?
1 Day per week : A great way to introduce gymnastics as a new sport or develop and advance skills with lower time commitment.
2 Days per week: Good for a gymnast who is determined and looking for quicker skill progression.
3 Days per week: Best for gymnasts looking for accelerated skill development with possibility of transferring to a team program.
Safety is our priority; our coaches assess a gymnast's skill development each class. Once a gymnast demonstrates proficiency in their skills and can navigate independently through circuits, your gymnast will be prepared to learn more difficult skills safely.
Should it become necessary to change your class day/time, please contact our office. We are happy to assist you in finding a new class to fit your schedule. Classes can be switched once per session.
